How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed and shipped on the same business day once payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during holidays.
We currently accept major credit and debit card providers including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Payment processing is handled through secure encrypted checkout systems designed to protect billing and transaction information.
Yes. An account is required to complete a purchase. Creating an account allows you to access your order history, shipment tracking, saved information, and batch-specific documentation associated with eligible orders.
Yes. Volume pricing may be available for qualifying bulk purchases. Orders consisting of 50 vials or greater qualify for bulk pricing review. Lab Supplies, such as  Pepti-Water, are excluded and do not count toward the 50-vial minimum. Please reach out to support@peptico.com regarding any bulk order inquiries. Alternatively, for your convenience, you may complete the attached support form below and one of our sales agents will work quickly to respond to your inquiry.
Order modification or cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible after purchase. Once an order enters fulfillment or shipping preparation, changes may no longer be possible.
