Who can apply?
Anyone ordering for research: independent researchers, teams and labs, licensed organizations, and educators who explain the research to an audience. Choose the type that fits and answer a few questions.
How long does approval take?
We review every application personally, usually within two business days. You can follow the status from your account dashboard, and we email you when there is a decision.
How do the price lists work?
Approved licensed organizations see the special price list, and approved bulk researchers the bulk price list, across the store the moment they sign in, with the regular price shown alongside. The full list lives in your account under Partner pricing.
How are creators paid?
Commission on referred orders becomes payable once the order has been delivered and the hold has passed. Payouts go out monthly, as store credit, bank deposit or crypto, whichever you choose in your dashboard.
Does approval change my account?
Nothing about ordering changes. Approval adds a status to your account and, depending on the type, a price list or a creator dashboard.
How do I reach the team?
Every approved partner has a named contact. Before that, the support page reaches us directly.
